I’ve been creating emotive greetings cards and writing speeches for important family and social occasions for many years! I have always been a people’s person: broad minded and with a good sense of humour. I speak English, Russian, some Latvian (as I was born in Latvia) and I know some Hebrew. My speech is clear, my voice is soothing, and my demeanour is pleasant and confident.

My background has led me naturally into the beautiful world of a marriage celebrant, a role I perform with such passion. I have been teaching languages to migrants and school students for almost 30 years and I am familiar with different cultural traditions.
Teaching requires a great degree of responsibility, respect of diversity, solid attention to detail, creativity, reliability, presentation skills and a highly personable nature.
Yes! I will provide a PA system on the day.
I will also provide Table with the table cloth and 2 chairs with chair covers and silver ribbons for signing the documents

Generally it would be possibel, but it depends actually on an individual. It a lot depends on a religion. If you have someone in mind, it would be better to ask him/her. All the very best with your search.
Do celebrants usually recommend pre-marriage counselling or courses?

Yes, to start with, the couple are given a brochure " Happily Ever After" if they lodge NOIM and then recommended some courses in their local area.
Can I get married in both a religious and civil ceremony?
My fiance is muslim and I am catholic, we want to respect the mother and have a 'Katb al kitab' but this happens on a different day to the reception. On the day of the reception we want to have a civil ceremony, please help. Need some advice. Thank you

Of course you can have a civil ceremony on one day and then have a relilgious ceremony after. A lot of couples who have close relatives overseas quite often have a civil ceremony first in Australia and later have a religious one overseas. But only one of the two( the civil one) would be recognised in Australia.
