Are you looking for an experienced wedding celebrant in the Perth area? I can assist you in planning your wedding in local locations and also perform ceremonies from North Coastal to South West favourites, from the hills to the beautiful Indian Ocean and Rottnest, even in Thailand!

I love being a marriage celebrant, meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life and being involved in their special day. I find it a rewarding and challenging career that I can be creative in. My clients have found me friendly and approachable. I am always available to take a call and answer questions they may have.

My service to you will include a personal interview, free of charge, to establish in your mind, if I am the celebrant for you. Your wedding day will be unique. It will reflect what you believe marriage means to you both. I can assist you in creating a personal and truly memorable ceremony. Traditional, spiritual or alternate - it's up to you. You will be able to rely on me to make your ceremony just as you want it to be.

I will encourage your personal input in finding the words that will really express your love and commitment to each other. I will provide you with all the information you will need and assure you that all the legal requirements are managed professionally.

Jane was very professional and very well prepared. She met us twice beforehand including rehearsal and everybody knew what they needed to do. She did her job in a sensitive way. Her speaking voice was great, and she was just excellent overall.

can a marriage celebrant marry a family member?

I went to a wedding and the celebrant was the grooms father. Is this legal?

Yes, absolutely. I have conducted my daughter's wedding. It was the most beautiful day and I didn't shed a tear during the ceremony. I have also conducted weddings for two of my nieces and one nephew. They all chose me od their own accord and they all said it was wonderful to have someone they new an trusted.

Can I request my celebrant to wear a certain colour or outfit?

I've seen some awful clashing outfits and celebrants in white etc... is it rude to ask them to wear a particular colour or style? I don't know if I'm taking it way too far haha. But I want everything to look good! It is my wedding day, after all :)

Hi Keira,

Most definitely. It's very important for your celebrant to know the theme and colour scheme you have planned. I always ask my couples what they have in mind and if there is a particular style or colour they would like me to wear. In general, I wear neutral colours and ensure that my outfit suits the type of ceremony. Formal, casual, beach etc.

Ask lots of questions of your celebrant on the first meeting before booking to make sure that you have the right person for you.
