OVERVIEW
Firstly congratulations and welcome to the world of weddings!!! Where do you start? Well one of the top priorities is the celebrant. Perhaps not the most exciting part but certainly a very essential part of your big day.
Contact me and I will make this the easiest part of getting married! That is why I do this - to be the easy and stress free part of your big day!
Let's meet over a coffee and start the planning. Once you have decided that I can have the privilege of marrying you, we can piece together a wedding ceremony that is all that you ever wanted. It will be personalised with stories of you and your partner. Whether it be a simple, quick ceremony or something a little more elaborate, rest assured it can be done.
Check out all the beautiful photos and generous reviews from my past brides and grooms. Just love being a marriage celebrant! Look forward to hearing from you.
About
I have had the pleasure of marrying couples for over 12 years now. Announcing to the world that you are now partners for a lifetime is a very special and happy time for everyone. It is absolutely wonderful seeing the love and happiness in the faces of everyone - the bride/s, the groom/s and all the family and friends sharing in the celebration. It's not a job, it is a gift and one that I can share with you!

FAQ
A Notification of Intention to Marry form (NOIM) must be completed by the couple at least one month prior to the date of the marriage.
There are special circumstances where this timeframe can be shortened. If you have questions with relation to this please contact me for more information.
To obtain a copy of your Victorian Birth Certificate or the Death Certificate of your former spouse contact the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.
There are certain obligations that the celebrant needs to fulfil according to the Marriage Act 1961. These requirements are woven into the ceremony but the rest of the ceremony is up to you and/or your celebrant to write the remaining words.
The only requirement for witnesses is that they are over 18 years of age! You will need two witnesses. For more detailed information about the legal requirements please visit the AG Office

Sarah O
Setting up a wedding ceremony schedule The best advice I can give would be to speak with your celebrant and together you can work out if you are after just a basic ceremony or whether you wish have other special people involved - doing readings of passages or poems - and/or whether you are including rituals such as unity candles or a sand ceremony (just to name a couple). I find that a lot of brides and grooms initially think that they want something short and sweet and it is not until we talk about all the different options there are - they then decide they will include some of my suggestions. Ultimately it is the decision of the couple as to the direction the ceremony will take. Whatever the decision the ceremony will be guaranteed to be memorable for all the right reasons!
