Having worked in the corporate world for many years, Dee is an experienced professional and a great public speaker. Hi. I’m Dee, I live in Elwood and have a place in Queenscliff. I recently married John and I understand what it’s like to plan a wedding and what’s involved in getting married. It’s a really special time and you want to get it right. I’m a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant and I write fabulous ceremonies based on discussions with you. I speak Japanese and can perform a bi-lingual wedding – I just did one recently.

COVID - 19 Option: 2 ceremonies
With the COVID-19 restrictions in place currently, I am happy to offer 2 ceremonies for your wedding celebration:
(1) a smaller ceremony, in 2020 with the full legal requirements met - resulting in you being legally married in front of your guests (per COVID requirements) and
(2) a renewal -of - vows ceremony post- COVID, in 2021, with all your guests at the venue of your choice.
For both ceremonies, cost of $1,200 GST
This includes:
- meeting with you to understand your wishes
- all legal requirements met
- 2 x creative and well written ceremonies, performed at both locations
- PA system

Absolutely! We just need to follow the Health Department guidelines in your state for how many guests we can have in attendance and we need to follow physical distancing rules.
A great option is to have your legal wedding this year and a big celebration with all your guests next year - with a renewal of vows ceremony.

As a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant, I'm authorised to perform your wedding and submit all your legal paperwork.
- 2 face to face meetings before your wedding day to plan your ceremony (and complete the paperwork)
- Drafts of the ceremony to be emailed to you for checking - typically 3 drafts to capture all your wishes
- A pre-wedding ceremony rehearsal (if you wish) on-site - this helps calm the nerves and esnures the day runs well
- A great PA system for use outdoors and with big crowds
- Me - professional, well presented celebrant -making your wedding day just as you wish
- A bi-lingual English - Japanese wedding - if you need it!
I am a great planner of events, so I can help by making suggestions to the plan for the day, the venue and catering.
I'll work with your photographer and other service providers to make sure we get the best out of your day.
I can also be the MC for your wedding ceremony (additional cost)
I am a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant - which has been approved by the Federal Attorney General.
I have a Certificate IV in Marriage Celebrancy, having studied at Gordon TAFE.
I am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants (AFCC).
In my corporate life, I am an accredited Trainer and Facilitator and have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (meaning I write great ceremonies and am a good public speaker).
I am a People and Culture / Human Resources Director - meaning I'm good with people and professional.
I have 2 University degrees in Japanese and have lived in Japan - which is why I can perform English - Japanese bilingual ceremonies.
I performed my 1st wedding ceremony over 20 years ago - I love celebrating love and life.
The Marriage Equality result (sadly it had to take place at all - Love is Love - very simple!!) absolutley encouraged me to get a wider profile out there and promote weddings.
I love being involved in people's wedding ceremonies and special events in their lives.
I'm also very good at what I do!!
