OVERVIEW

After attending several weddings as a guest and embracing the emotion during the ceremonies, I thought being a Celebrant must be one of the best jobs.

I decided to take the plunge and it is the best decision I have made yet. Weddings are the best!!

I am a Kiwi living in Melbourne; I also work as a hospital social worker often supporting people though difficult phases in their life. So, to have the opportunity to work with you to create and conduct a unique and meaningful ceremony, for one of the most exciting days in your life, is the perfect balance for me.

I love meeting new people and would be stoked to meet you in person for a coffee or wine when this crazy pandemic is over......but in the meantime let's meet for a virtual drink?

FAQ

Can we write our own vows and decide what we would like in our ceremony?

Yes and yes….upon booking, I will provide you with a range of resources. I can write the entire ceremony with your approval, or I can guide you to create your own, the choice is yours. We will speak about this in detail at our initial meeting.

When should we book with you?

I have bookings between 6-18 months in advance; please contact me at any stage to ascertain my availability. If I am available for your ceremony date, we can book an initial meeting for you to decide if I am the right Celebrant for you.

Do you conduct interstate or international ceremonies?

Absolutely….I love to travel. Please contact me and we can discuss your requirements further.

How long will the ceremony take?

The timing of the ceremony and what is included in the ceremony is totally unique to the couple, however in my experience ceremonies between 20-25 minutes long are usually a good fit for all.

Lisa was so likeable and friendly from the first moment we met her. Her calm, warm and genuine nature made us feel comfortable through the whole process or organising our ceremony which helped us to feel reflective and focused on the purpose of our wedding. She was organised and professional and removed the stress and worry from preparing the most important part of the day. We were hoping for a relaxed, wholesome, family feel to our wedding and she fitted in perfectly. She listened to what we wanted and on the day there couldn't have been a better person to marry us. In the end she honestly felt like one of our guests. We received a lot of positive feedback regarding our wedding, but so many people commented on how great the service was and how lovely Lisa delivered it. We honestly couldn't recommend Lisa enough.

We met Lisa at a wedding fair and immediately knew we wanted her to marry us. Throughout the entire process she was kind, professional, friendly and such a lovely person to be around. Lisa was the most perfect celebrant. Not only is she vibrant, engaging and beautiful inside and out, she is so incredibly professional, has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely loves love! She was able to guide us through each process with ease, communicate with us frequently, and on the day was able to make the entire ceremony relaxed, fun and the guests absolutely adored her. She ensured the ceremony was exactly what we wanted, and had small touches to make it personal and special to us. I couldn't imagine anyone else being such an important part of our day and would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who makes their day stress-free, enjoyable and very special!
