I love being a Celebrant! It's an honour and a joy to get to know my couples, and then to stand alongside them as they make their vows to each other on their Wedding day.

I’m a creative, warm and compassionate person who loves to celebrate life, and all it has to offer. A wedding is a unique and special moment in your life as a couple. I look forward to creating for you a wedding ceremony that reflects your personalities, your relationship, and your hopes for the future together. We all have a story to share, and I look forward to finding yours and weaving it into your special day as you enter into married life together.
As a Commonwealth Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant, I would be delighted to help guide you through the legal processes required for marriage in Australia, and to help create a ceremony for you to cherish forever.

I always recommend a rehearsal, whether it be a really informal run through of the ceremony with the couple, or a full rehearsal with the bridal party and any other people involved in the ceremony. It helps for everyone to know where to stand, refresh people's minds of the order of the ceremony, work out any last minute logistal arrangements and of course calm the nerves.
I also love the wedding rehearsal because it's an opportunity to connect in a more relaxed way with the couple before the big day.
What is your favourite wedding reading?

I always send a collection of readings and poems to my couples to have a look through, not necessarily to choose from, but so they get an idea of the type of reading they like/don't like. My favourites change all the time! But I do really like 'A Lovely Love Story' by Edward Monkton - so cute :)
