Karina Pearson is a calming ,stylish, bubbly and creative celebrant who adores a love story .She makes the whole ceremony process, effortless and helps you to create your ceremony, just the way you want it to look and sound like.
I am a Civil Marriage Celebrant based on The Central Coast and Hunter regions of NSW. I am more than happy to travel further afield (I have travelled to the Sth Coast and NSW snow fields)
About
I loved being a school teacher in my old life but I wanted to do something more joyful, fun and romantic .Meeting couples is a fave part , as is dressing up and don't even get me started on wedding day flowers. So here I am doing the best job in the world. A super, easy journey where all you have to do is turn up on your wedding day. I print out your vows .so you don't need to memorise them on the day and I register your marriage at BDM ,another job you don't need to worry about.

Legals only is a registry, intimate, style wedding for couples who only want the legality aspects of a wedding with their two witnesses. (10-15 minutes)
Includes
*Legals only with two witnesses at your chosen venue
*Pre wedding meeting to complete the legally required paperwork
*All legals taken care of before and after your ceremony, completed and lodged.
* Free travel 30klms from Killarney Vale, anything further will incur a fee at $1.00 per klm
* Short and sweet $880*(excess travel and expenses not included)
The short and sweet is for those couples who want to keep it short and sweet, get it over and done with then head to the reception to party with family and friends. (15-20 minutes)

*A short sweet ceremony in front of up to 20 of your closest and dearest.
*Options to include your personal vows and your love story
*One wedding meeting to complete the legal forms
*Consultation on draft script prior to your ceremony
*All required legal paperwork taken care of before and after your ceremony
*Option for a rehearsal at a convenient time and location.
*Vow cards/booklet to take home in a presentation folder of your ceremony
*Use of my PA system
*Free travel 50 klm within the Central Coast region anything further will incur a fee at a $1.00 per kilometre
*Premium Package from $990* (excess travel and expenses not included)
The Premium package is for those who want to have a bespoke ceremony, enjoying every second of the important commitment they are journeying into in front of unlimited guests (25-30 minutes)

*Two pre wedding meetings. One for the completion of legal forms the other to discuss ideas for the ceremony
*Help with vows if needed and ideas for inspiration
*Ideas to add into your ceremony if wanted and needed.
*Consultation on draft script of your ceremony
*All legals taken care of before and after your ceremony, completed and lodged which also includes the NSW BDM certificate.
*On going support available through texts and phone calls
*Library of poems and readings
*Vow cards/booklet to take home in a presentation folder of your ceremony
*Use of my PA system

Paperwork needed for our meeting to fill in the Notice of Intended Marriage:_
NOIM
-Original Birth Certificate/Drivers Licence /Passport can be used
-Passport or Naturalisation/Immigration Certificate( if applicable)
-Divorce Papers (if applicable)
- I guide you through the signing of legal documents
- Create your "just perfect for you" written ceremony and help write your vows if you need it.
- A draft ceremony is written and we work on it till you are both 100% happy
-Emails and phone call communication.
_Ideas on what you can add into your ceremony as in poems and readings
-Prepare your of Notice of Intended Marriage Form 13 and help with all legal paperwork
-A rehearsal if wanted
- Travelling costs to and from your Central Coast ceremony location, within a 50km return trip.Travel costs apply outside this area at $1.00 per klm
- Performance and solemnising of the marriage

You sure can! I have many examples and ideas to help you here, if you need them .When it comes to your ceremony I print them out for you on vow cards so no need to panic that you have to memorise them.
It depends on what you want included in your ceremony,ie readings poems etc,but most ceremonies from the aisle walk to the exit of the newly married couple is about 30 minutes
Definitely! If you have a dog ,there are a few ways we can do this. Your dog can be your ring bearer or even walk with you down the aisle.
I am very conscious of what I wear at your ceremony and pride myself on dressing appropriately ,after all I will be in some of your photos. I ask what are the colours of your bridesmaids , the flowers and what the groom and his boys will be wearing so that I can co-ordinate.I will send photos of some outfits prior to your day so you can have a say .
Yep,yep,yep you can,as your ceremony is how you want it to be.I have to say my legalities as your celebrant of course, but the reminder is your way.
