What you'll love about working with Rebecca Saunders Celebrant for your Tasmania wedding:
Highlights of working with Rebecca Saunders Celebrant Tasmania:
What happens if you are sick or something happens to you and you can’t officiate the ceremony?
Celebrants in Tasmania have access to social media groups that support each other. In the event I am unable to officiate your ceremony I will contact the group and find a replacement. I also work closely with another celebrant and we have agreed where possible we will be the first call for each other. I simply sign over the Notice of Intent to Marry (NOIM) handover the certificates and the ceremony script and they will take over.
How many weddings do you book on a day?
I book one wedding a day. This gives you peace of mind knowing that if things aren’t running to plan you can count on your celebrant to be there. (Helping out if necessary, as well)
Do you supply any equipment at all?
For every wedding I include the PA system, signing table with 2 chairs or a higher table if you prefer to stand at no extra cost.
I do have access to a JBL 300 speaker to rent, for playing music while guests are arriving and for half an hour after the ceremony at a cost of $100.
Do you travel?
I certainly do travel, (and love to see amazing locations.)
I have a travel fee depending on where your wedding location is and if it is an overnight stay then accommodation may be included as well.
Do you have a website?
I absolutely do and have started to write a couple of blogs if you feel like a giggle.
I would highly recommend Bec for any special occasion. Truly blessed to have met you, Rebecca Saunders. Thank you!" — Samantha W.

We're making a ceremony local due to a close family member that can't go far. Our reception venue is 1 hr away, We'll need to arrive around 6:30-7pm at reception. We have a wedding photoshoot prior to the reception venue, this will be about 2 hrs.

Give yourself plenty of time for those "just in case" moments. Given your time line I would suggest 2-2.30pm would be ideal. If you invite guests 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony you shouldnt have any arrivals during the ceremony.
