You don't have to. It is easily possible to finish the ceremony without it
I just need a celebrant and a license
How do I go about this? Do I need forms to fill out? It will be a very very simple wedding. Just need someone to do it please.

Hi there. You will need to meet with a celebrant at least one month prior to the marriage. You will need to fill in a Notice of Intent to Marry. You will need either current passports, original birth certificates and evidence of dissolution of prior marriages ( if applicable), in order to do this. You will need two witnesses ( over 18years of age) . I do have short ceremony package for this purpose and will completete and submit all the paperwork . The ceremony can take place anywhere.

Pause the ceremony in a professional manner. Politely inform person that there has been a declaration that there is no legal impediment to the ceremony taking place, and continue the ceremony. It is not a requirement to ask if there is an objection to the marriage. So don't ask the question.
