"Peggy is an absolute delight! She brings professionalism and warmth to her role, and meeting her feels like catching up with a friend. I recently worked with her during quite an emotional wedding, and she did great to balance both the seriousness and light-heartedness of the day. If I weren't already married, I'd book her in a heartbeat! 10/10." — Sally G.

Get Expert AdviceWhat time should my ceremony be?
We're making a ceremony local due to a close family member that can't go far. Our reception venue is 1 hr away, We'll need to arrive around 6:30-7pm at reception. We have a wedding photoshoot prior to the reception venue, this will be about 2 hrs.
Perfect Memories Celebrant
A ceremony takes about half an hour generally, then another 25-20 minutes for signing and seeing/being congratulated. With your time frames you may need to look at 2-2:30 pm
What does a Celebrant do with NOIM form before/until the wedding?
Perfect Memories Celebrant
The NOIM is held by the celebrant until after the ceremony. Then it is sent to BDM with all the other documentation. In SA we log a date onto the portal to BDM to register its lodgement. The document has to be lodged at least 1 clear calendar month before the wedding.
If you are married, can you still be maid of honour in a Catholic Church
Perfect Memories Celebrant
I'm not a priest but I am Catholic. Rules apply just to the couple. Rule of thumb if you are single you are a maid of honour, if you are married you are the matron of honour. Just very old traditions and wording. Hope that helps :)
