How long before the wedding would we need to plan a hens and bucks?

Great question! It really does depend on what you want to book for your hens/bucks. Of course, the earlier you start planning, the earlier you'll have an idea of what you both want; meaning you can beat the rush and book in any activities or order any gifts/decor to make your days really reflect you! 

Of course, if your maid of honor or best man is planning it then the more information you give them and the earlier the better. I don't think anyone regrets planning too far in advance. 

If you are booking in any activities or services, just be sure to check the Ts & Cs and any cancellation policies. We offer a free 24hr cancellation policy so you can be stress free if any plans change last minute.

What a great question...
I think it depends on the service you are after. Our service availibiliy is limited due to the high demand. So the quicker you book in - the better your chance at securing your booking. I would suggest call around to see what services you would consider hiring and checking their availability  for your dates. Then you will get an idea on when you need to place your booking. We prefer about 2 months advance notice of booking your Sip and Paint Art Party. We also require a Booking fee to be paid on confirming your dates, which is absored into your price.

For belly dance entertainment we customise the show individually for each unique booking. 

We need a couple of weeks notice prior to the date required to ensure we can be available especially if more than one dancer is requested. 

Of course the earlier we are  booked, the more opportunity to be available as we love to help our customers on their special day.

Thank you for your question! In every group, it works differently! Sometimes the bride-to-be and her friends decide to celebrate the Hens Party with months of anticipation and sometimes they decide to do it the week or the night before the wedding. There isn't a proper date to do it. Although, is better to book with anticipation to organize it perfectly.
