Alot of places will state no Hens or Bucks Partys! How are they going to know if it's a Hens weekend/Birthday or Girls Trip? I've personally performed in alot of these places.
The main issue these places have is that you're going to have crazy loud noise and disrupt the neighbours. I always advise people to be respectful, if you have a stripper have him inside and make sure the windows/doors are shut whilst the music is playing. Especially if you're staying someone that is on a Marina or a Lake as noise travels like crazy over water!
Any event can be shut down if they have a no party policy, In saying that in the last 7 years I've only see 2 parties shut down due to noise and only 1 of them were kicked out of their accommodation (which happened the next morning).
Just be respectful of your neighbours and you will be fine :)
