Being an advocate for fitness and health when i got married 8 years ago I would of loved the option of a healthy hens and wedding, so I thought why not offer this for others thinking the same way.
I'm offering fun, light hearted and relaxed yoga parties including Stand Up paddle yoga (which is so much fun with a group of people), Acrobatic and partnered yoga parties, Yoga for relaxation leading up to your big day, couples yoga for you and your partner to reconnect and have a relaxing time together amongst all the stress and organisation leading up to your wedding, (couples yoga is a lot of fun and requires trust, a smile,fun,and an open mind).

I want to have a joint hens and bucks. And ideas on where to hold it and what to do?
The groom and his mates will be going to a zombie vr/escape room during the day, while I get pampered. Then we want to meet up and party! It has to be on a wednesday though, as that's when our overseas bridal party members will be arriving. Any ideas?

That's such a great idea, we did this for my brothers wedding.
the guys went to dinner first and golf. The hens went to get pampered and put to dinner then everyone met up later at a restaurant bar that they had booked out. This was so much fun highly recommend ??
