OVERVIEW

Creating unique experiences that make life easier for the designated organiser is our thing.

You let us know what package you are interested in, we organise a quote, you pay your deposit to secure your booking.

Then the week prior to you event you just let us know your menu options (yes you have about 30 scrumptious menu choices to choose from), what crockery set best suits your event, how many guests are coming and what time your event is.

On the day we arrive a few hours prior to your event start time set all the crockery up for you, plate up all the food and then leave you to High Tea, allowing your event to be as short or long as you like.

Do you have a venue?

At this point in time we do not have a venue. We find our mobile service allows our clients to have a personalised high tea experience in their home, or a venue of their choice without the constraints that a high tea venue has. this includes noise from other parties, time restrictions and not being able to personalise the event to the client's requirements.

What areas do you service?

We service Victoria wide, as well as Queensland and Northern NSW.

How many people can you cater for with crockery?

We have enough crockery for up to 600 guests, this makes us one of the biggest high tea businesses in terms of capacity in Australia.

Emma at The High Tea Mistress was a pleasure to work with - she made two trips to ensure we had all the furniture we could have needed for our small wedding in Apollo Bay and even helped the boys style and set up on the day. Thank you so much Emma.

Staff were absent, to get answer from anyone meant you had to find them hiding in the back room, they only came out when it was time for us to leave. The quality of the food wasn’t great, there wasn’t a great deal of food and items that were meant to be served warm were cold. What made this experience even worse is the response I received by the owner Emma. Instead of listening she responded by accusing me of stealing alcohol and suggested that was the reason why I was giving the feedback I was. She went on to say that I must never have been to a high tea before and that I didn’t know what was involved. When I responded to her claims and asked to discuss it over the phone she declined saying it would be a waste of time. Save your money and go elsewhere!
