On the day, our qualified yoga instructor Avalon leads a fun, chilled out, beginner-friendly yoga sequence. We add mini face massages during relaxation time - just so you and your bride tribe get that extra level of indulgence. The Hens Yogi is all about creating a unique space to unwind, laugh, and make memories you'll love looking back on!

All about the vibes: Whether the bride is a huge Swiftie, big into R'n'B, or loves emo bangers from 2007, Avalon takes the time to make you a totally custom playlist, setting the perfect vibe and ensuring every moment is memorable.
Stretch out, bliss out: With Avalon's guidance, enjoy a yoga sequence focused on relaxation and fun, leaving out intimidating poses like splits and headstands.
Tranquil flexibility: We'll come to your AirBnB! Relax and sit back while we bring the yoga, the mats, the moscato, the cups, and the vibes. All you need is some cute leggings (or comfy trackies – no judgment here!).

I’m not very flexible...can I still do yoga?

Absolutely! The type of yoga we do is a chilled-out style designed to relax your body – you don’t even need to be able to touch your toes to enjoy your time on the mat.

My hens is at (location), do you travel out here?

We're based in the Southeast-Gippsland region, but travel around the Melbourne area! Just let us know where you're at.

Do we need to bring anything on the day of the hens party?

All you’ll need is a cute pair of leggings (or trackies, no judgement here), and a smile! We'll take care of the yoga mats, cups and moscato. You bring your tribe, we bring the vibes. ?
