Ive always wanted a quiet brunch with girlfriends, but Ive heard that my sister in law is planning a trashy hens complete with stripper... this really isn't what I want, but how do I tell her to change everything when its probably already paid for?

Having serviced now well in excess of 2400 hens parties over the last 10 years we have seen this happen quite a lot - where the bridesmaid or hens party organiser plans the party based on what they believe would be great, which is ideally based on what they personally want, forgetting about the bride and what really appeals to her. Several things you can do - if you aren't good with telling her straight out- give her a list of some ideas that you like (like our cupcakes and cocktails high tea party (that's our subtle plug of our business lol)), sometimes best to do this with a few of the girlfriends around so that they all understand. Otherwise believe it or not many brides plan there own hens party because of this reason. In most cases strippers aren't paid for until the night or the week of - hope this helps.
