Not at all. We understand how difficult it is to get a definitive group size in the early stages. We can book activities and accommodation based on your estimates. It’s always best to book for more and reduce numbers if people drop out. We will need to confirm final numbers 30 days prior to your trip though.

Once you have made an enquiry online, our customer service team will get in touch with you to review your options. When you are happy with your trip, a $99 deposit is required to hold your booking and we will come back to you a few days later once everything is confirmed for an additional 20% deposit. Please note in some circumstances, payment for accommodation will need to be paid up front in full. 30 days prior to your event you will need to make sure at this stage your numbers are confirmed. 

No problems. It’s best for you to do this just as soon as possible as your deposits are completely non-fundable. We can adjust accommodation and activities bookings with most of our suppliers.

Organising a hens party for a group of friends can be stressful and time-consuming. That’s where we come in! Plus given our strong relationships with our great supply partners, we are able to provide you with very competitive pricing and ensure that hotels, nightclubs and activity providers welcome your group with open arms. All you need to do it sit back, relax and enjoy the praise from your group for organizing such a well thought-out event.

No problems! You don’t need to confirm your final numbers until 30 days prior to your event. We can send you a revised quote based on your new group size prior to your final payment. In some circumstances the cost per person may increase as the group size becomes smaller or decrease if the group size becomes larger. It’s important to remember that once final payment is made if people are unable to attend the event for any reason we are unable to process a refund to individuals.
