About
I've been an Instructor with F is For Dance since 2019 and am now lucky enough to call the business my own in 2022. I myself have been a dancer since the age of 2 and always found happiness in dancing. I've hosted over 100 hens parties with F is For Dance and I absolutely love that each one is so unique. It's such a fun and social way for me to meet new people and share my passion of dance. I'm based in Perth WA where I also run a small fitness business and instruct The Jungle Body classes.

Our hens night package runs for one full hour of bootylicious dancing fun!
Our hens night dance experience is designed to be enjoyed in any type of attire!
We encourage you to wear anything you feel comfortable dancing in. (and of course, anything Beyonce is highly recommended!)
To secure your desired date and time frame we require a $99 non-refundable deposit within 7 days of us sending you out your first invoice. The final require payment is due 3 days before the booking takes place.
YES! We understand how hard it is to book for so many people and that it can take some time to confirm numbers so we allow you to adjust your booking participants numbers up to 3 days prior to your booking date as this is when the final payment must be processed.
It all depends on how hard you strut, shake and SLAY! We have kept the dance at a beginners friendly level so it’s not to strenuous or hard to achieve and you shouldn’t get overly hot or sweaty. (this can vary on airflow and temperature)
Of course! Our hens nights are designed for all fitness and dance levels and everyone can participate at their own pace.
This does depend on the studio. Please enquire directly to our bookings team in regards to this matter.
Minimum booking?
Please note that our minimum booking requirements are for groups of 10 participants. We are happy to accommodate smaller groups but we require the minimum cost to be covered.
Maximum booking?
We do not have a maximum booking amount however please let us know if you will be having over 30 participants
This all depends on your group size. As long as you have enough room to all move around without bumping into each other then you will be fine! e.g. 12-15 people will fit into a small living space and 30 people will fit into a decent sized backyard and or living space.
