The Promenade Docklands

If I could title this it would be ‘look no further’. My partner and I recently had our wedding reception at The Promenade in Docklands, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of venue and organizer. The Promenade's picturesque location by the waterside provided a stunning backdrop for our special day, adding a touch of elegance and serenity to our celebration. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, the service was impeccable. The event manager, Emily Watts, was incredibly helpful and cheerful, guiding us through each step with enthusiasm and professionalism. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day without any stress or worries. The venue itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed areas that comfortably accommodated our guests. The layout was perfect for both our ceremony and reception, and the scenic views of the water added an extra layer of charm to the ambiance. The Promenade’s staff were attentive and courteous, making sure that all our needs were met and that our guests were well taken care of. They helped us with options for external catering services who would best suit the food we were seeking for and the one we chose was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that impressed everyone. The Promenade exceeded our expectations in every way. We are grateful to the entire team for making our wedding reception truly memorable. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed location for their special event.

I had my wedding at Promenade in April 2023 and it was the best night of my life. Leading up to my wedding the team at Prom we super helpful in every way possible. Without having a wedding planner, Lilly and the team helped me through every step and even shared contact details to vendors that I didn't have or even consider in my planning. It's very clear that Lilly and Emily understand the industry so well. On the day everything ran so smoothly - Emily who was the event coordinator kept me well informed and briefed my before our wedding started reassuring that everything is in check. This is so helpful as the bride as I'm such a stress head! I absolutely adored all the staff members, my family and friends complimented the service, super friendly and bubbly team. So grateful for everything the Prom team did for me on my special day.

We had our wedding dinner at The Promenade Docklands last year and it was an amazing experience. I know how stressful it can be for brides especially when it comes to venues and vendors but Emily and her team was amazing. Nothing we requested couldn’t be done and Emily went by a long mile to make our night extra special for us. Definitely 10/10 in terms of venue, setup, coordination and experience. Can’t recommend this beautiful venue enough. If you’re looking for professionalism and 0 headache, this is definitely the place for you. Would love to have another event/function here. The promenade Catered to our needs and so Lucky with only ONE MONTH notice before our wedding after having to cancel on our previous venue. They were so supportive and helpful with every detail we wanted. A special mention to Emily, she was absolutely amazing, the best communication and treated us so well throughout the planning and wedding night! We highly recommend this venue if you want the best views, treatment, support and a stress free wedding. ALL of our guests could not stop talking about the location, the food, good vibes and lovely staff!

Emily our event coordinator was super helpful in the lead up and on the night of our wedding. Her communications with us were excellent and gave us confidence that our wedding reception would go as planned. She was super responsive to our queries, holistic and detailed. The venue itself was good also, nice layout, lots of customisation for tables. The view of docklands and the harbour was amazing, especially at night time and when the lights lit up on the balcony.
