Eternal bridal in the strand arcade was brilliant! I booked my appointment online, picked 5 dresses to try and they were ready for me on arrival. I was delayed due to the protests and EB made arrangements to swap my booking with their lunch so I could still have plenty of time. They also brought out “wild card” dresses which weren’t part of my selection. I choose my dress and they also were accomodating with sizing since I was 4 months pregnant. After the dress was made and delivered I went for two more fitting where the dress had lace flowers added to the cutout areas and made to fit perfectly as I’d had my baby 5 months before. Again they were accomodating with some more alterations after my fitting which I was able to pick up next day. I loved it !

Franca provided an exceptional service - she was honest, provided wonderful suggestions, and fantastic tips and tricks for the day! But most importantly, was able to help me choose a gown and veil that I’m sure I will live forever.

Beautiful earrings for brides and bridesmaids, the shoes looked devine as well! I chose some vintage inspired earrings for my bridesmaid. Prices were reasonable too.

I got great shoes that worked so perfectly for the day.
