FAQ

How long does it take to order my bridesmaids?

Bridesmaids are orderable in sizes 2 to 28 and in multiple colours and fabric options. Typical ordering time is five months from order to delivery, however keep in mind that most bridesmaid gowns will need to have a hem alteration depending on the height. It’s important to factor in an extra six to eight weeks on top of your delivery time to allow for alteration times.

Where are you located?

Luv Bridal showrooms are located in all mainland Australian states and selected parts of the USA. Tasmania and the Territories, we’re coming for you!

Do you offer alteration / dressmaking services?

Some of our showrooms offer alteration/ dressmaking services in-store. For our showrooms that don’t yet offer this service, we can recommend local reputable dressmakers.

Luv Bridal have an amazing group of ladies who are very helpful and friendly! They also have an extensive selection of beautiful and classic wedding gowns! I was super thankful that the lady who helped me was not only super nice but very patient too (I tried on about 6 dresses!) With each of the dress I tried on, she was super informative and told me her thoughts but in a friendly yet professional way! LUV Bridal is a way to go when looking for the most perfect wedding dress!!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from LUV Bridal, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the store itself is beautiful, with a stunning selection of dresses that made it easy to find the perfect one for my special day. The dress I chose was absolutely gorgeous and made me feel amazing on my wedding day. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the staff. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly and came across as rather aggressive. This made the dress shopping process more stressful than it needed to be. It's a shame because the store and dresses are truly lovely. In summary, while the dress from LUV Bridal was perfect and contributed to making my wedding day wonderful, the unfriendly and aggressive attitude of the staff detracted from the overall experience. If they could improve their customer service, it would make shopping there an absolute dream.
