Our delicate macarons and chocolate dragees are little luxuries that can give your wedding day that extra something special. Our range is available in a beautiful spectrum of colours, which can be paired to suit any theme or style. Impeccable presentation and only the finest ingredients ensure you will only have the best for your special day. Our macaron towers and display stands are a sumptuous addition to candy and dessert tables, or as an alternative to a traditional wedding cake. We have a range of beautiful options and display suggestions.
– Wedding Bonbonniere –
Our adorable cube boxes make elegant bonbonniere or table settings for weddings and events. These boxes can be filled with your choice of macarons, chocolate bonbons or chocolate dragees (chocolate coated fruits and nuts) and are available in four different colours, including Ivory with Gold embossing, Ivory with Silver embossing, Pale Blue, Marine Blue or Clear Cellophane.
– Macarons & Chocolate Bonbons –
La Belle Miette macarons and chocolate bonbons are are petit pleasures made with exquisite ingredients. We use French and Belgian couvertures including many pure origin chocolates from Cacao Barry France, French fruit purees, Fleur de Sel de Guerande, Piper-Hiedsieck champagne and premium Madagascar vanillla beans.
– Chocolate Dragees –
Almond dragees have long had significance in Greek, Middle Eastern and Italian traditions. The bitter taste of fresh almonds combined with the sweet taste of sugar symbolises the sweetness of love enveloping the core of life.
In keeping with this tradition, we offer a range of chocolate covered dragees packed in either our small cube bonbonniere boxes or in our stunning dragee boxes. Our current range includes: Milk Chocolate Almonds, Gianduja Feuilletine Hazelnuts, White Chocolate Raspberries, Lemon White Chocolate Almonds, Passionfruit Chocolate Hazelnuts and White Chocolate Blueberries.

We use overnight and express courier services to ship your order to any metro Australian area and some regional areas as well. We understand how important your wedding order is and so we work closely with couriers to ensure your order arrives in the safest and quickest way possible.
About
Maylynn has been a dessert enthusiast and hyperactive baker since she was a child and loves the ridiculousness of making ten hour treats that are devoured in seconds. After years of learning the art of baking from books and accumulating lots of thermometers, she studied professional patisserie in Paris. As a result, Maylynn understands French best when spoken with an Italian accent.

All of our macarons are currently gluten-free.
Some of the macarons in our range contain alcohol. This is usually indicated in the flavour name, e.g. Gin and Tonic contains Gin. Pina Colada is a classic Rum based cocktail and contains Rum.
In some circumstances we can send macarons by post, including to interstate destinations. We use plastic blister inserts on our packaging to ensure protection from breakages and chilled freight for some of our flavours. Please contact us for further information
To enjoy them at their optimum texture most of our macarons are best eaten within three days of purchase. The exception to this is our best selling Fleur de Sel Caramel macaron, which will last for two to three weeks. They can be eaten beyond this time but will soften each day. They should ideally be kept airtight and refrigerated – wrapping a plastic bag around our boxes can be sufficient.
For nationwide special events and corporate gifting, we have a range of flavour options we can work with that travel better and have extended shelf lives. Please enquire so that we can tailor a solution for you.
To develop their ideal flavour and texture, macarons are left to sit or "mature" for 24–36 hours after they are made. (The time is dependent on the moisture content of the particular filling). So they are not made on the day that they are sold. As a macaron specialist we are making macarons daily and are one of the few producers in Australia who have fresh stock delivered daily to our stores.
We do not recommend freezing macarons. They are very fragile and if they are frozen ice crystals will form within the shell. When left to defrost, the crystals will create moisture, which will cause the beautiful light and airy shell to collapse.
All of our macarons contain food colouring including our white macaron shell, which we colour with titanium. For information on the specific colorants used, please contact us
Our macarons do not contain any seafood or flesh from any animal. However, they contain animal by-products such as eggs and cream. Please note that the cream contains gelatine.
We are happy to supply you with macarons and have a few suggestions on what would work best if you wish to create your own macaron towers. Polystyrene or Styrofoam cones must be coated with Royal Icing sugar first. Use toothpicks to stick the macarons on the tower. We recommend not using our Fleur de Sel Caramel macaron, as it will slide off the toothpicks. It is also recommended to purchase extra macarons in case any break!
