About

It all began with a year in Paris. Surrounded by gorgeous patisseries and chocolate shops, my path very quickly became clear- I needed to know how to make these beautiful treats! From 2016, we've been based in Woolloongabba, producing a decadent array of favourites and new treats. I love the unique way that people enjoy their treats, and seek to make every moment special. I love experimenting and collaborating, and extending people’s knowledge of the sublime world of chocolate.
