Can we choose our favourite song?

We make sure to only use music with proper licensing! The Top 100 songs you hear on the radio cost thousands to license, so unless you’ve got a few spare gees to throw at your soundtrack, we suggest you leave it to us. We know the best music licensing sites where we can find tracks by local and emerging artists for a small fee (which is included in the total package price of your film). We put together the soundtrack that we feel fits you and your film and then present it to you, ready to go! If you feel strongly about the music selection or want to work with a certain artist or track, let us know at our initial briefing and we can discuss.

OVERVIEW

Our style of film making is very candid and unstaged, and it's our moment-based approach which enables us to create such timeless and beautiful films for our couples. With the inclusion of dialogue from throughout the day, we are able to add that extra element of audio storytelling which is of equal importance to video. We consider wedding films to be a priceless memory for you to forever look back on, to show your kids and grandkids, allowing them to not only watch - but listen to the most important day of your lives unfold.

It’s not so much about weddings in general, but about you and your story on any given day. Wedding days are just perfect for that. There is so much happening, so many natural & candid moments that tend to go unseen. So many raw emotions, friends and family. There couldn’t be a better day to tell a beautiful love story through film. Your story, that reflect you, as you are.

The most important thing is that your day is enjoyed. You’re not actors, and you shouldn’t feel any pressure.

My only goal is to convert your wedding day into a timeless film, that tells a story for generations to come. That’s really what it’s all about for me.

My name is Marcus and I'm a wedding videographer based on the South Coast. I've always had a natural talent for story telling, and a ripe ability of stringing together particular shots in order to create a candid wedding film. At a young age I developed a passion for videography, and after shooting my first wedding film, I knew that this was exactly what I wanted to do.

FAQ

Do you do destination weddings?

Of course! We’re based in Sydney, NSW, but we also travel all around the state as well as worlwide!

We're a little camera shy & don't really like posing, is that okay?

Absolutely fine with us. If you haven’t already noticed from our videos, our style is about catching the natural moments rather than directing/staging shots. We have a very low-key approach on the day. It’s hard to ‘act natural’ when there are multiple cameras all around you. We make sure to stay out of your way as much as possible, so you can forget we’re even there. This is proven to be the best way to capture those moments you’ll never want to forget.

How many people will be there filming on the day?

Depending on which package you decide on, but usually you’ll have a team of two people to cover visuals + audio. Regardless of how many are on your film team, we make sure to stay pretty unnoticeable!

Do you do same-sex marriages?

Absolutely!! We are all for same-sex marriage, no doubt!

Can we meet before the big day?

Absolutely! We want to get to know you a bit before we capture one of the most intimate and momentous events of your life together. We’ll work in with your schedule and can meet over coffee, drinks, or via Skype.

From the moment we made contact with Marcus he was nothing short of professional but one thing we also noticed was how genuine and friendly he was. He took the time to get to know us and we felt the service we recieved was very personalised. Our original plans changed unfortunately due to Covid, but even through that very stressful time, Marcus was always checking in to see how we were feeling etc and was so easy going to deal with. We ended up eloping, and thankfully Marcus was available also for our Plan B and the day turned out perfect. Marcus's enthusiasm and excitement for our special day was also so refreshing, and he invested 100% into our day and created the most magical and beautiful wedding film that we will cherish forever. I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone future couple planning on getting married.

We weren’t really sure how we wanted our day to be captured but when we came across some of Marcus’ work we absolutely loved his style and what he ended up delivering for us was even better than we could have imagined. Not only was the booking and initial contact so easy, he was such a cool head on the day which made us feel so at ease and helped us feel natural in front of the camera. We haven’t stopped watching our video since we got it and feel it was definitely one of the best investments we made for our day. Thank you Marcus, you legend!

Marcus’s approach to filming allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in each other and our day. We wanted our small wedding to be full of genuine moments of laughter, love and happiness, and for the day to be captured in a similar genuine way. Marcus was able to capture and create something really special for us, artistically incorporating elements of our day into a single feature film of stunning quality. Each time we watch our film, we discover new little details he snuck in. He saw things differently to our photographer, and was able to capture a unique perspective of the day.
