I know not everyone is a natural in front of the camera and the thought of it makes some people super nervous. I have done a lot of research into posing and body language and how these can be manipulated to create a stunning image that focuses on your connection as newly weds! Through gentle guidance and direction, I capture those formal moments as well as all the beautiful candid moments of laughter and love.

A pre-wedding shoot is great because we get to meet and spend some time together getting to know each other doing the exact thing we will do for your wedding! I get to run you through how I shoot, posing tips, on-the-day tips and I get to know you guys!  

Your wedding is such a special day. You have put your heart and soul into planning the perfect details, inviting friends and family and your getting ready for the perfect day! The day itself goes so fast and sometimes, not quite to plan! But having already had a practice run as such, you can rest assured of our shooting style, you know the poses and we can work through a bit more quickly if time is tight or we can take our time and make the most of the gorgeous locations. 

Another benefit is the chance to see what the finished product will look like. You can try out which of your smiles looks best! Are you a no-teeth smiler or a 100W teeth and gums smiler? A pre-wedding session really is a trial run for your big day and you should make the most of it! 

You receive a set of images that celebrate a really special time in your lives - being engaged - which you can use at your wedding for table numbers, seating charts, on order of services etc. 

I encourage my couples to get dressed up and choose a location that means something to them. It also is a fabulous chance for the bride to test out her hair and makeup to see how it comes up in photographs! Once your session is finished, you can make the most of being dressed up and head out for dinner together and soak up the atmosphere of just the 2 of you! 

Yes! but not as far as I'd like too! My 3 kids keep me close to Perth for all the right reasons. 

Getting married down south? Heck yes, I travel for weddings!!! It does involve a travel/accommodation cost on top of your chosen package. I've been blessed with shooting couples in Augusta and Brunswick and next year in Yallingup!
