Sydney Funk Collective is a super versatile and truly hip band.

We're a function band that specialises in weddings. We play current hits as well as the classics from sophisticated background dinner music like Michael Buble to dance classics like Michael Jackson. We play the tunes that everybody wants to hear.

We're a sharp looking and affordably priced band with a quality reputation that always has people raving after each event. The best part of this band is that it's made up of Sydney most talented musicians and we have access to any kind of instrumentalist you like. Usually we are a 5 piece band including guitar/vocalist, vocalist, drums, keys & bass. We can add in extra vocalists, horns, strings, piano accordion, even a harp player if you so desire.

If you're looking for one act to provide music for the whole event including ceremony, canapes and reception then again we can help you out. We can do ceremonies and canapes plugged in or acoustic and if your venue doesn't allow drum kits then we can work around that too.

For something different we offer a French acoustic jazz ensemble as an alternative to acts such as traditional string quartets.

The song list for Sydney Funk Collective is very extensive but if you'd like a special song learnt, the band is happy to do this. We'll also take requests on the night.
