We have now used Todd for many of our special family events and will do again! This time Todd was our DJ for our special wedding day and the event was simply amazing. DJTeePee made our wedding unforgettable and fun! Right from the beginning we kept in touch throughout the planning process. We simply provided a range of musical genres and DJTeePee came up with the most brilliant collection of songs and music. The dance floor was pumping for hours. All our guests had so much fun. DJTeePee also got us a lighting system for the day and organised the setup with the venue. He is absolutely professional and worked with other services on the day with very little involvement from us. DJTeePee was excellent to work with and great value. Do DJ's provide a sound system to use?

Hello,

Most should, I know I do. Having your own sound system eleviates any issues and ensures the music sounds perfect!

Some venues prefer you to use their own sound systems, in this case I like to sound check venue prior to event.

Should I hire a band or a DJ?

Great question, let’s break it down.

Pros:

DJ - Unlimited tracklisting, nonstop flow, requests are welcomed

Band - Your favourite tunes live, entertaining to watch

Cons:

DJ: Unless experienced the flow could be disjointed

Band - Limited songs available

Overall: Both can deliver an awesome dancefloor. The key is catching-up prior to the wedding, understand exactly what atmosphere you’re after and executing professionally - this comes with the experience and artists who do it because they love it
