Every bride is different which is why the Sydney Makeup Artistry team will work with you, listen to you what you want and provide you with a look that works for you.

We can provide both hair and makeup services, but we believe that makeup should be done by makeup artists and hair styles by hair specialists. Which is why we have a number of qualified hair stylists in the team. That way you can have the best of both worlds and don´t have to make compromises.

We are reasonably priced for both trials and wedding day packages.

I could not recommend Nicola Johnson highly enough as a hair and make-up artist who did my hair and make-up for both my engagement party and my wedding day. She was so lovely and calm on the morning of the wedding and handled all the personalities and requests of the bridal party (3 bridesmaids) well at what can be a really stressful and chaotic time. She made me look glamorous without being overdone and her knowledge and expertise as a skin specialist was especially helpful as I have very sensitive skin. She also loaned me a beautiful bridal hair piece she had on hand that ended up looking amazing with my veil and in the photos! Apart from the morning preparations Nicola also helped me to do a quick hair and make-up before our wedding reception and I was so happy with the change in look.

Sydney Makeup Artist (otherwise known as Nicola Johnson) has to be one of the best makeup artists out there. I've been bridesmaid 8 times now so I've had my makeup done by a fair few different artists and none of them come close to being a good as Nicola.

Nicola was so easy to work with. Very professional in her manner, but also flexible in her ability to change make up and hair designs. She was always available for trials and keen to have the design finalised before wedding day, which eased much stress!
