Located on Sydney Road in Brunswick, Ministry of Cakes is a patisserie filled with mainly French and Greek inspired sweets and savoury delights.
We also specialise in custom-made wedding, birthday, novelty and other special occasion cakes.

From our experience in dealing with couples during cake consultations, the process of designing a wedding cake is one of the most exciting parts involved in planning your special day.

Ministry of Cakes captured our exact requirements over email and even drew us a little hand drawing to describe what the end result would look like. On the day it was delivered and was exactly as we had hoped! I loved the rustic look (which we had requested) and it was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Do I cut the top tier or bottom tier of my wedding cake?

Hi, I have two questions in one. First of all, when cutting the cake, are we supposed to cut the top tier or the bottom tier? Secondly, which leg should the garter go on?
